Quality Management System - ISO 9001:2015

We are proud to announce that we successfully attained ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in March 2015 and that the BSI have carried out our first “Continual Assessment Visit”.
Due to our hard work in embracing and implementing this Quality System, the BSI Auditor was delighted to inform us that we passed the CAV without a single Non Conformance or Observation.
Our thanks must be extended to all our staff for their support and cooperation in this outstanding milestone achievement.

Continuous Improvement Plan

Earlier in 2015 we invested in new CNC and Inspection Equipment. Also in the face of a challenging marketplace and stiff competition we have been able to attract several new customers who have become an important part of our growth strategy.
During the next 12 months our intention is to work towards ensuring a smooth transition from the current ISO 9001:2008 Standard, over to the 2015 requirement. A BSI 2015 Standard Readiness Review is planned for October 2016. This will require further investment in staff training and adopting new management principles.
We at Hy-Tek are determined to move forward in these difficult times and give our customers the best service that they have grown to expect.
